Environmentally Sustainable
Concrete has a high thermal mass. It will absorb heat during the warmth of the day, keeping your homes or offices cool in summer, then release that absorbed heat during the cool of the evening, keeping your environment warm in winter. Your high-mass concrete homes will have more stable year round temperatures than those built with low mass materials.

Durable & Safe
Like other building materials, concrete meets all the durability and structural safety requirements of the building code. You can therefore be assured that a home or commercial building built from high mass materials, such as concrete, will be at least as safe and durable as those built from other construction materials. The high mass properties of concrete are also fire resistant and they will reduce airborne noise transmissions.
