Cadet Schemes
The Higgins Cadet and Apprentice Schemes have been designed to provide a path for school leavers interested in entering the roading and infrastructure industry.
As part of the Higgins Development Programme, Cadetships are offered in Administration, Operations, Field, Technical and Trade areas.
Each of these schemes, through training and coaching, involve a progression for school leavers to trade positions and possible management positions.
Alana Haylock joined Higgins Group Holdings as an administration cadet. This two year cadetship provides Alana with the opportunity to develop her skills in Administration and Accounting. Alana will continue to study while gaining workplace experience to further develop her opportunities within the Higgins Group.
