Introduced in 2013 the Higgins CARE staff training program reinforces our company standards and helps our teams understand the important role they play in delivering customer care in our organisation.
The training is run independently by external training provider Kiwihost. CARE is the first independently run New Zealand customer care training program targeted to the civil construction industry with three levels of training designed to different roles in our business.
