Going the extra mile for our clients and communities has long been our company wide focus for Higgins.

Higgins training programs are designed to support initiative and leadership in our people so they are encouraged to go the extra mile for our clients and the members of the public we interact with daily.  An example of one of our training programs is the CARE program.

Introduced in 2013 the CARE program reinforces our company standards and helps our teams understand the important role they play in delivering customer care in our organisation. This training program is targeted to the civil construction industry with three levels of training designed to different roles in our business.
