Building the future
We recently welcomed our 2026 Graduate Cohort as they began their two-year journey with Fletcher Construction.
Across a packed two-day induction, the thirteen graduates were introduced to key parts of the business, including Health & Safety, Engineering Services, our technology and AI capability, and our company values. They heard from senior leaders, explored how we work within Construction, built practical communication skills, and were introduced to the mentoring framework that will support them throughout the programme. A highlight was the Skywalk experience, offering a unique perspective on the scale of the projects we deliver.
The graduates have been assigned across Fletcher Construction businesses: Brian Perry Civil – Rhys Ward and Max Crawford; Higgins – Jithel Alpha Jandoc, Angela Marie Fidelino, Jasmine Arvie Jandoc, Winnie Leckey, Sinead Venter, and Dhanush Santhosh; and Major Projects – Rahul Chandran, Jacki Li, James Mascarina, Ashley Thomson, and Isaac Brown.
We’re excited to welcome this talented group into the Fletcher Construction whānau and look forward to seeing them grow, learn, and contribute to the projects shaping Aotearoa’s future.
